Returns Policy
To make sure that the item(s) get quickly processed, please follow these simple steps.
- Call 800-997-7333 and request an RMA number for the merchandise you wish to return. All products must be in an unaltered/unchanged state from its original condition. Products must be no older than one year old, or 2 years for scales. New parts returned for credit must be be completely unaltered, and in new condition. Warranty parts will also be inspected to see if failure was caused by misuse of the parts, and possible deemed not returnable.
- Include your contact information, and the problem with the part in a note inside the box. Please write the RMA number on the outside of the box.
- Custom parts are not returnable for credit, but can sometimes be repaired.

UPS Ground (1-6 working days)
UPS Blue (2 working days)
UPS Red (1 working day)
Shipping cutoff is 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time Monday - Friday
Please note that products cannot be shipped by UPS to a P.O. box.
