QUICKSCALE INSTRUCTIONS
1. Place a scale pad next to each wheel of your vehicle with the cable attachment facing towards the center of the vehicle.
2. Attach cables to the corresponding pads. Make sure the correct labeled cable is connected to the proper wheel location.
3. The rechargeable battery receptacle is on the rear of the control box.
4. Before placing your vehicle on the scale pads, you need to ZERO the scales. Turn the system on and wait until QuickCar is displayed on the screen. Press the "ZERO" button to zero your scales.
5. Place the vehicle on the scale pads, centering the wheel as close to the center of the pad as possible.
6. The weight/percent screen will automatically display.
LEFT (both left wheels) WT%
REAR (both rear wheels) WT%
RF-LR (cross - right front & left rear) WT%
RIGHT (both right wheels) WT%
In addition, the total screen will display the actual weight of each wheel and the total weight.
MODES OF OPERATION
The scale can be operated in 10 different modes, 5 modes in pounds and 5 modes in kilograms.
You can change modes by pressing the "MODE" button.
When the scales are turned on they will be in the same mode as when they were last used.
1. CIRCLE TRACK MODE REAR WEIGHT POUNDS
a. Left weight & percentage of total
b. Rear weight & percentage of total
c. Right front / left rear cross weight & percentage of total
d. Right weight & percentage of total
2. ROAD RACE MODE REAR WEIGHT POUNDS
a. Left weight & percentage of total

d. Right weight & percentage of total
3. CIRCLE TRACK MODE FRONT WEIGHT POUNDS
a. Left weight & percentage of total
b. Front weight & percentage of total
c. Right front / left rear cross weight & percentage of total
d. Right weight & percentage of total
4. ROAD RACE MODE FRONT WEIGHT POUNDS
a. Left weight & percentage of total
b. Front weight & percentage of total
c. Left front / right rear cross weight & percentage of total
d. Right weight & percentage of total
5. DIRT TRACK MODE POUNDS
a. Left weight & percentage of total
b. Rear weight & percentage of total
c. Right front / left rear cross weight & percentage of total
d. Rear Wedge: the difference in the left rear and right rear weight.
All of the above modes can be displayed in Kilograms by switching the pounds/kilograms switch to kilograms.
IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Do not press the zero button while the vehicle is on the scale pads. This will require you to raise the vehicle and re-zero the system.
2. To charge the battery, plug in the 110 AC adapter.
3. The battery will also re-charge while you are using the system with the 110 AC adapter.
4. Use caution while placing the vehicle onto the scale pads. A heavy vehicle dropped hard onto the scale pads may damage the load cells.
5. If you are using your scale in cold weather, allow a few minutes for the system to warm up.
